are open to suggestions? I write middle grade… not published yet but will be before I die.. Love, Aubrey is good and Wild Girl both on the mock Newbery list for this year and for picture book… I’m reading to the second and third grades at local school, Nubs The True Story of A Mutt, A Marine & a Miracle by Brian Dennis
Thanks for the suggestions. I’ll be sure to look for those titles.
Before I became a stay-at-home-mom, I taught fourth grade reading/writing for a few years. Each year, all my students always said that “Maniac Magee” by Jerry Spinelli was their favorite book! Probably because I’m such a fan and enthusiasm is quite contagious!!! It is endearing, funny, thought provoking, and appropriate for younger children. You should consider it for reading aloud to your children!
Hi. I just read your interview with Jean and was inspired. Would you please add me to your email list for new posts? Thanks. Lisa
I have written a book of fables. Would you be interested in reviewing the stories?
